THE MILLION HEARTS PROJECT
I wanted to do cancer treatment differently. When you are diagnosed with a life threatening illness, your awareness that time is limited smacks you in the face. I didn’t want to wait until I was done with treatment to feel alive.
I made a commitment to flow love in the form of either drawn or painted hearts every day of my treatment no matter how sick I was. A community grew online and in person, and I felt so vital and alive, even with chemo and radiation!
I was so inspired by how powerful a community of loving people was, that I wanted to do something exciting after treatment was done.
The Million Hearts Project was born! I even committed to it at the end of the children’s book Carla’s Heart (see tab above:)
My quest is that anyone that is in need of some love, whether going through cancer, or any difficult time, will find me! You can grab a heart and flow some love to someone you love at justflowlove.com.
